What is the minimum order for bulk production?+
Our minimum for bulk and business orders is 10 pieces. For custom single pieces or small batches, there is no minimum — you can order from 1 piece.
How long does production take?+
Standard production takes 5–10 business days from approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — contact us for details.
What printing methods do you offer?+
We offer DTF printing for detailed full-color designs, embroidery for a premium textured finish, and screen printing for large-quantity orders. Not sure which is best? We'll recommend the ideal method for your design.
Do you ship outside Finland?+
Yes, we ship across the entire European Union. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Free shipping within Finland on orders over €100.
What is your return policy?+
Collection items can be returned within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom orders are final sale as they are made specifically for you.
Can I see a mockup before production?+
Absolutely. We always create a digital mockup for your approval before starting any production. You only pay after you're 100% happy with the design.
What garments do you offer?+
We produce premium t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, zip hoodies, and accessories. All garments are heavy-weight, high-quality European fabrics.
How do I place a custom order?+
