Screens use RGB (Red, Green, Blue) light which can make colors appear extra bright or neon. Printers use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) inks with a more limited range. Some colors you see on screen may appear darker or less vivid when printed.

Answers to the most common questions about NorthEcho products, custom orders, and bulk production.

Can I order one custom item?+
Yes. For custom single pieces there is no minimum — you can order from one piece. Business quantities are confirmed according to the selected product, branding method and project.
Do you produce yacht crew and hotel staff apparel?+
Yes. NorthEcho supplies branded polos, t-shirts, service shirts, aprons, chef jackets, caps and jackets for yacht crews, hotel teams, restaurants and other guest-facing businesses — the same premium apparel range, coordinated for your team.
Can you help us select suitable uniforms?+
Always. We help you choose the right garment, colour, fit and branding method for how the apparel will actually be used — then prepare a mockup before production.
Do you offer embroidery?+
Yes. We offer DTF printing for detailed full-colour designs and embroidery for a premium stitched finish. We'll recommend the best method for your garment and logo — free of charge. Embroidery is quoted separately based on logo size, placement, stitch complexity and quantity.
Will I receive a mockup before production?+
Yes. For custom and business orders we prepare a digital mockup for your approval before any production starts, so placement, scale and appearance can be confirmed.
How long does production take?+
Standard production takes 5–10 business days from design approval. Larger or urgent orders are confirmed individually — contact us for details.
Do you deliver across Finland and the EU?+
Yes. We deliver across Finland and the European Union. Free shipping on orders over €200; otherwise €12 within Finland and €20 internationally. EU delivery: 5–10 business days.
What is your return policy?+
Collection items can be returned within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom and branded orders are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return unless there is a production defect.
